These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Jaxongir Yuldashev ("we", "us"), covering the QRZee mobile application, the qrzee.app website, and any short links we generate on your behalf (together, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service on devices you own or control, for personal or internal business use. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where that restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
Some features require an account. You can register with an email address and password, or with Sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to hold an account.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app. Deleting your account removes your synced content from our systems, subject to the retention periods described in our Privacy Policy.
You keep ownership of the QR codes, links, and other content you create or scan ("Your Content"). You grant us only the limited licence needed to host, process, sync, and display Your Content so the Service can operate. You are responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the rights to use it.

We may suspend or terminate access, and disable individual short links, where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.
QRZee offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock premium features. The plan name, duration, and price are shown in the app before you confirm any purchase, in your local currency.
Prices may change. We will give notice of a price change, and it will not apply to the period you have already paid for.
The free tier is supported by advertising, including optional rewarded ads you can choose to watch to unlock a feature once. Watching a rewarded ad is always voluntary and there is always a paid alternative. Ad behaviour is described in our Privacy Policy.
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. Short links previously generated on our legacy domain remain resolvable for as long as reasonably practicable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that scanned or generated codes are accurate, safe, or fit for any particular purpose — always exercise judgement before opening a scanned link.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total aggregate liability arising out of the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 50. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, liability, governing law) will survive.
We may update these Terms. We will update the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, give notice in the app. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence continue to apply.
